  • You'll receive your kit 2 days before your event
  • All kits are shipped via FedEx or courier
  • If your event is on a Monday or Tuesday, you'll receive your itsbyu kit the Saturday before the event, which requires an additional fee of $10
  • Someone should be home on the scheduled day of delivery to bring the flowers indoors and put them into water right away

  • You'll need to supply your own scissors, paper towels, etc. See our FAQs for details
  • Itsbyu flowers don't need refrigeration! But they do need water and a cool, non-sunny, safe place to stay…like an air-conditioned room or a cool basement.
  • Itsbyu reserves the right to make reasonable flower substitutions in the event that the exact flowers listed in this product are not available for your event. Color scheme and size integrity will be maintained, and flowers of equivalent value will be used.
